Our in stock products generally ship within 2-3 business days and are shipped via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. You will be notified once your order ships and then you will be sent tracking information if applicable. If a product purchased is out of stock, we will refund you immediately.
FYI-ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED, so please call us directly if you have changed your mind so that we can immediately attempt to stop shipping. We offer free shipping on most of our products and flat rate shipping on the remainder. We do not ship internationally, but if you have a special interest in any product, please inquire about the additional cost before placing your order. Our meditation furniture is available to ship to Canada, please inquire via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional costs are also associated with shipping anything to HI and Alaska, so please inquire before placing your order. See below.
* Free Shipping is offered on almost everything. We take on the shipping costs to get the product to you and do everything in our power to offer you the best pricing for these products (with shipping) so that there is no comparison. If you buy an item that ships for free and want to return it, the shipping back is your responsibility, free shipping is only offered one way, to you.
* $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping (no matter how much you order) is offered on the remainder of products. Mix and match all of these products and still only pay $7.50 for as much as you want.
*Our magnetic jewelry is handmade in Canada and because of the work that goes into these pieces, in addition to going through customs, it does take 1-2 weeks to receive these items.
Please know, due to the nature of our products and the shipping costs associated with getting them to you, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue. If a product is received damaged or there is some type of quality issue with it, we will take it back and replace it immediately. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product if there is an issue and we will exchange it promptly. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If you find that a product purchased and shipped to you does not work as you had hoped, you have 3 days to contact us and return the item at your expense. We do not refund original shipping charges that we incur in getting the product to you (even for Free Shipping items) and we do not pay for shipping of unwanted items back to the manufacturer, so you will be refunded for the product itself, less shipping charges.
Once an order has shipped, the order can not be cancelled. We work with the manufacturers directly, so once the order has been paid for and on its way to you, we can not refund you. So please make sure your information is correct, including your shipping address, when completing your order. If we are able to intersept shipping, there is a $25.00 fee to stop and reroute the package back to the original owner.
